Active Remembrance

This Remembrance Day, there are so many ways to reflect on the sacrifices of others to allow us the freedoms that we enjoy so much today. What better way to embrace remembrance than by using active modes that have been a part of the Canadian Military for decades?

2026 Veterans Transition Network Ride

Sunday, November 8th

Join the 7th Annual bike ride for Veterans Transition Network!

Pedal for a good cause and raise awareness for veteran mental health! There’s no cost to join the ride, and all ages & skill levels are welcome!

Meet at the George C King Bridge South (East Village) entrance at 9:30am to check in, make sure bikes are good to go, and fuel up with some snacks (provided). We’ll push off at 10am and hope to be back at the starting point by 1pm.

Cyclists (and supporters!) are welcome to join us after the ride over at Sidewalk Citizen around the corner from the meetup point.

Thank you for all the support over the years! See you there
