Want to learn to maintain and repair your bike? Meet other passionate urban cyclists? Youth en Route is partnered with Bathtub Bikes at the Bike Hub , an accessible community bike shop. Membership is just $20 per year, which gives you free access to tools, stands and specialized bike tools. You can use an easy online booking tool.

Hours are Tuesday to Saturday 10 a.m to 6 p.m.
Understanding our impact

We are always looking for bike donations. We want to make sure youth have the equipment they need to get where they are going. Having skills doesn’t help if you don’t have a bike. Consider a donation! We commit to recycling all donated and found bikes,
Cycling in winter is not only exhilarating and empowering, it is another way to experience freedom to get where you want to go. With the proper equipment and clothing, cycling in winter provides all the same benefits as in fair weather.
Membership in the Bike Hub is just $20 / year and it will give you access to help and support to fix your own bike.

CycleFest comes to Calgary!
On Saturday June 6, Downtown’s East Side and the Confluence park were taken over for a one-of-a-kind event — Calgary’s inaugural Cyclefest! Cyclefest brought together local businesses, sponsors, bike enthusiasts, and more than 2,500 Calgarians to celebrate independence and freedom on two wheels. Sharing independence and freedom with Hull Services!
In Youth en Route’s continued effort to give back to the community and provide access to transportation, the Bike Hub partnered with Hull Services’ Patch Program to give away bikes for a special version of the Kids Bike Trade-Up. On March 16, kids flooded into the bike hub as weeks of preparation came to fruition.

Building Better Adaptive Trikes With Youth En Route
Hi again, Sam here! If you read my last blog post, you’ll know I’ve been spending my co‑op term with Youth En Route, helping support their adaptive cycling programs in Calgary schools. That first post focused on what it was like to see students using adaptive bikes in real classrooms and how those experiences shaped
